Datavare PDF Total is a Windows utility from Datavare Software that gathers several everyday PDF tasks in one interface, so that a separate tool for each job is not needed. It is aimed at office workers, students and anyone who regularly prepares, protects or shares PDF documents, and it works without Adobe Reader or Acrobat installed.
Covers the common PDF chores in one program without uploading documents anywhere.
Several PDF files can be merged into one, and a large document can be split into parts by pages. A password and restrictions on editing, copying and printing can be added, or removed again when the current password is known. Text and image watermarks are placed with adjustable position, size, colour and opacity, and pages can be exported as PNG, JPG or BMP images. Files are processed locally and in batches; damaged PDF files are not supported. A free trial is available, and the full version is paid.
