4k Video Downloader+ Portable is a Windows tool for keeping media from video websites without a conventional installation. It suits people who want local copies of individual clips or larger collections from playlists and channels. Videos can be stored in several file types, while audio can be saved separately. Subtitle options help when a video includes captions.
Save a video, its audio or its captions from a link, with a choice of output formats.
To start a transfer, paste a page address into the program or use its built-in browser. You can choose a resolution and file format, then save those preferences for later transfers. The tool also handles 3D and 360-degree video, provides proxy settings, and can place captions in a separate SRT file or within a video. Channel subscriptions can start later downloads automatically.
Features:
- Save every entry in a playlist
- Export audio as MP3, M4A or OGG
- Store captions in SRT files or videos
- Choose video resolutions up to 8K
- Apply saved settings to later transfers
- Configure a proxy within the program
